How do I make a claim or update my policy?
To make a personal or business property claim, please call us at 604-669-7777 or refer to the "Claims" page of our website for a list of our insurance providers and their respective emergency claim contact information. For vehicle claims, please report at ICBC.com.

For policy updates, please contact us directly by phone or email. We also always welcome you to see us in person, and our team will be happy to assist you with any changes or questions you may have.

We serve both individuals and businesses. We offer Homeowners, Condo, and Tenants insurance for individuals, as well as Commercial Property, Business, and Liability insurance for businesses.
What types of insurance does Jack Chow Insurance offer?
We offer a wide range, including Autoplan (ICBC), Homeowners, Condo, Tenants, Travel, and Visitors to Canada insurance.
We also provide Life, Disability, and Critical Illness insurance, as well as Business and Commercial Liability insurance. For financial planning, we assist with RRSPs, RRIFs, RESPs, TFSAs, and more.
Our office also provides Notary Public services.
Where are your offices located and what are your hours?
We are located in Vancouver downtown at 8 West Pender Street, Vancouver, BC V6B 1R5 and kitty corner at 1 E Pender Street, Vancouver, BC V6A 1S9. Look for our iconic twinkling Neon sign at the entrance to Vancouver Chinatown. We're generally open Monday-Friday from 9:30 am - 5:00 pm and Saturdays from 10:00 am - 4:00 pm. Closed on statutory holiday long weekends.
Do you offer customer parking?
Yes, we provide an exclusive customer-only free parking lot located at the rear of our Pender Street offices. You can enter the parking lot off Carrall St.
Do you charge a fee for services?
No extra fee for our services.
